Dr. Abhay Agarwal, a Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine, was awarded the Physician Recognition Award by the American Medical Association in 2003. After finishing medical school in India, he completed his Internal Medicine Residency training and a yearlong Fellowship in Cardiology at Thomas Jefferson University. Currently practicing with Cary Medical Clinic, Dr. Agarwal is Deputy Medical Director for the State Department of Public Safety and a committee member of Triangle Indian-American Physicians Society.
