Khadija Abdulla Ali
Zanzibar Mapping Initiative
Khadija Abdulla Ali works on the Zanzibar Mapping Initiative project under The State University of Zanzibar (SUZA) and World Bank. She is currently working on a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Application Management at SUZA. She worked with We Robotics on several drone projects including geo-tagging and aerial mapping. She has experience mapping in the earthquake-affected area of Kagera, Tanzania. Using drones to map affected areas allows her to identify large-scale damage and serves as a good base map for reconstruction.
